岗位职责：

- 根据人事外包协议，提供人事外包服务(录用、退工、社保、公积金等业务办理)；

-人事资料、数据的整理、汇总；

-解答员工社会保险、公积金等专业政策咨询；

- 跟进客户需求，及时反馈并完成工作进程。



任职要求：

- 大专及以上学历；

- 1年左右相关人事工作经验；

- 熟悉烟台地区社保、住房公积金的政策及办理流程；

- 熟练使用和应用office软件（word,excel等）；

- 良好的服务意识及沟通协调能力，能承受较大的工作压力；
