Responsibilities and Duties:
· Develop and maintain business with existing and new customers in the region
· Provide technical support (presentation, design-in, spec-in, quality issue etc.) for customers and distributors
· Solve customer's technical issues by providing appropriate solutions for a wide spectrum of design challenges
· Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solution
· Marketing intelligence functions (market surveys, competitor information)
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in engineering or electronics
· 2~3years experience in the connector industry or electromechanical or passive components
· Familiar with Automation/Automotive/Video Surveillance industries cusotmers in the region
· Good communication and business negotiation skills with customer, strong on cultivating/developing customer relationship
· Good at English in listening , speaking, reading and writing
· PC/Presentation skills
· Responsible, earnest, honest, initiative, Teamplayer
岗位职责
· 维护与开拓浙江省内的客户
· 为客户及分销商提供技术支持 (产品介绍、设计赢得、质量问题等)
· 帮助客户解决技术问题,为客户在设计过程中遇到的各种问题提供解决方案
· 分析客户需求,为客户推荐合适的产品方案
· 市场信息收集 (市场调研、竞争对手信息)
职位要求
· 工程或电子相关本科学历
· 连接器、机电或被动原器件产业1年从业经验
· 熟悉浙江省内自动化、汽车和监控等行业客户
· 优秀的客户沟通与商务谈判技巧,有较强的客户关系发展及培养能力
· 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力
· 计算机相关技能
· 具有较强的责任心、上进心、诚信精神、团队合作精神
