职位描述：
1、依据公司的销售目标制定本区域相关计划，并组织实施完成
2、亲自参与重点项目的洽谈操作
3、寻找设计院和机电安装公司进行市场开拓
4、负责区域内经销商网络的建立与维护，指导和配合经销商跟进项目
5、建设并管理区域团队，指导下属跟进及赢取项目

任职要求:
1、大专以上学历，年龄30以上，机械或机电相关专业优先
2、有五年以上的高端建材工程销售经验，独立运作成功过合同金额超过500万以上项目。有合资、外资企业工作经历者优先，暖通或机电行业优先
3、良好的协调沟通和表达能力，公关能力强
