.Incentive Calculation-50%
Hands on monitoring overall quarterly incentive calculation process to meet deadline and ensure accuracy
1. Collection of budget/actual data
2. Incentive calculation of Different Functions of Different Regions
3. Analyze Quarterly Incentive Data for Leadership Review

.Report-30%
Analyze HR Data and Prepare Reports for Management Review

. Solutions Center Automation-30%
Use Technical Skills to Automate Solutions Center Process, Forms etc. to Enhance Solutions Center Efficiency

Requirement:
5 years of HR experience Preferable with Bonus/Commission Calculation and Reporting Prepare Exposure
Sensitive to Data, Analytical and Logical thinking, Process Improvement Mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) is a must. Proficiency in other Data Analytics Software such as PowerBI is preferred.
