1.Business planning and execution of revenue goals for the company in China's market.
2.Develop new sales through direct/channel sales and convert to key accounts; manage and support channel partners ensuring maximum market penetration; leverage opportunities to grow and retain customers.
3.Conduct market analysis, report regularly to management for business profitability; manage sales program and pricing ensuring better product positioning and branding.
4.Provide leadership to the sales team and drives sales and marketing strategies with the objective to achieve business KPI.
5. Serve as a resource for team members in all aspects of territory management, policies and procedures, marketing goals and objectives, product offerings, market trends and business and industry knowledge.
任职要求：
1.Master's degree, preferably in Business is a plus
2.5 - 7 years of Proven sales leadership experience with demonstrated ability to develop sales professionals and lead a high performing team
3. Has knowledge of advanced strategic sales techniques; knowledge of hardware and/or software acquisition cycles and buying influences.
4.Is able to initiate and lead projects, work effectively in a team environment and independently, relate technical and business concepts to company offerings and user needs.
5.Has effective relationship management, interpersonal & communication skills; strategic selling skills; and skills in analyzing and evaluating territory dynamics to develop and implement a sales plan.
