职位描述：
Overall Role
1. Responsible for cash and bank account activities designated by supervisors.
3. Assist in ensuring the compliance of regulatory/statutory and internal control requirement.
4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work with attention to detail, while at the same time maintaining productivity
5. Repect deadline.
6. Proactive in learning and using new technologies at work.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
'1. Perform bank transfer and E-bank payments
2. Preparing paperwork and documentation for authorization of company payments,
3. support for treasury manager for the document preparation
4. Perform BAD collection and Discountion
5. Prepare working papers and documentation for Accounting for month end close,
6. support for bank and cash reporting collection and consolidation
7. Develop good working relationships with the banking officials.
8. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
MAJOR CONTACTS / CUSTOMERS / VENDORS
Internal: Entities, departments and employees
External:Bank, suppliers, customers etc.
Education: college degree of Accounting or Economics
Experience: 1+ years of cashier/treasury accountant working experience, BPO or SSC experience preferred
Communication: "Mandarin, moderate level of English reading and writing; Good inter-personal and communications skills"
Problem Solving: "Good time management skills; Able to quickly address problems; Raise issues on time."
Deliver Results on Time: Highly respect deadline
Specific Skills: Professional Accounting certification is a must. 会计上岗证
