岗位职责：
1、负责海外区域市场开拓，确保国外客户能及时有效得获取产品信息及市场推广资料，完成市场开发工作；
2、负责制定市场调研计划，统计及整理相关基础数据，完成市场调研报告，为市场开发工作提供数据支持；
3、负责客情关系维护及新客户开发，建立客户档案，完成相关报告；
4、负责处理、跟踪客户订单，作为公司代表对接海外客户与国内销售系统，及时有效地完成信息传递与组织沟通；
5、负责协助公司驻外人员与当地相关部门工作人员展开良好的合作关系，做好后方支持工作；
6、表现优异者将获得外派机会，在当地办事处主管市场开拓；
7、完成上级主管交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、国家统招本科（含）以上学历，国际贸易、英语、西班牙语、建筑工程相关专业优先考虑；
2、具有良好的英语口语及写作能力，英语沟通及谈判能力，逻辑思维清晰，富有团队合作精神；
3、具有较强的产品推广能力和市场开发能力，抗压性强；
4、踏实肯干，责任心强。

Job Description:
1, In charge of oversea market development to make sure that foreign customers could get product information and marketing material in time;
2, Provide data support for market development including making market research plan, compiling relevant statistics and accomplishing market survey report;
3, Responsible for customer relationship maintenance and new customer development as well as establishing customer files and finishing relevant reports;
4, Responsible for following up and processing orders and connecting oversea customers with domestic sales system, which entails highly-efficient information transfer and organizational communications;
5, Responsible for active support for cooperative relations between company’s overseas staff and local agencies;
6, Employee with best performance would get the opportunity to work at the oversea agency supervising local market development;
7, Responsible for other assignments from supervisors.
 
Job Specification:
1, Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, foreign languages and construction engineering or related is preferred;
2, Good command of English both in speaking and writing, strong negotiation ability in English, logical mind and team spirit;
3, Strong ability to promote products and develop market, resistant to high pressure;
