Overview

We have a great opportunity for a talented individual to join the IT team in Shanghai as an IT Support Associate. Working in a diverse global environment, you will help facilitate the business acting as an IT expert, supporting employee equipment which makes our business more productive.
 
Responsibilities
? IT support for Mintel employees for hardware and software problems
? Remote IT Support for users in Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and India
? Coordination of IT policies with Mintel’s Global IT Support and Infrastructure teams
? Administration of user accounts and access rights
? Installation and preparation of laptops for new users
? Prompt email, ticket system and phone response
? React to notices about major system problems and escalate issues to our Global IT Infrastructure and Support teams
? Maintain asset register of company hardware
 
Experience and skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people.
? Excellent organizational skills with good attention to priorities
? The ability to work effectively in a stressful environment while maintaining good manners and a friendly demeanor at all times
