职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maximizing the returns from Design Win and Production Win, the position provides the technical expertise to support customers.

Responsibility

Acquire product application materials / ‘know how’ to propose design solutions. Register Design Wins with Suppliers and Draw system
Maximize Design-In pipeline dollar value through continuously providing design-in supports to customer
anage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design activity cycle

Provide field application support to customers on all I/C products in the markets of responsibility
Prepare detailed product specifications to support customer design requirements
Conduct product training & demonstrations to customers & sales.
Provides periodic statistical reports, when required.
Perform competitive analysis & market information.
Provide Design In activities report to supplier and internal management.
Study the new products released by supplier and make recommendation to internal team and parties on which one to focus.
Collect & analyze new & emerging technology information.
Lead and train FAEs on new technical products.

Knowledge
With an University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or its related field
With at least 3 solid, proven years of providing technical application support or reference design experience
With a solid experience on chip level and platform design
Strong technical background (application design)
