Responsibility
? Drive and meet top line revenue and GP$ target for transportation segment
? Total solution selling and drive solution adoption from ESC team to increase Demand Creation Revenue, customer count and Line per customer
? Build up Automotive Expertise as backbone to fuel Global OEM and local ODM Demand Creation in China.
? Identify space for supplier engagement and program deployment
Job Requirements:
Knowledge
? University graduate in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
? At least 10 years of experience in electronics component distribution. Better with Sales and Marketing experience.
? Solid technical background, with experience technical support and solution development
? Experience in automotive industry is preferred.

? Project management skills & good business sense
? Demonstrated problem solving skills & excellent decision making skills
? Demonstrated people management & interpersonal skills
? Strong influencing skills
? Excellent communication skills, including English & country-specific language skills
