职位描述：
Primary Objective:
The primary objective of the Clinical Applications Supervisor is to provide specialist clinical support and training for both application and product to both ResMed teams and customers in China.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1.Ensure the Clinical Applications Supervisor’s own clinical expertise and professional competence remains current and relevant so that the role’s primary objective can be met.
2.Ensure ResMed and partner representatives are sufficiently trained in the relevant products and their clinical applications so that ResMed’s business is promoted accurately and competitively.
3.Maintain a fundamental understanding of the function and capabilities of the key competitor products and their areas of clinical applications.
4.Represent the China region when clinical or product trials conducted in the region require local support, expertise and/or monitoring.
5.Provide market feedback on customer or product issues experienced in the field and also areas of interest or potential research for future product development.
6.Provide clinical and technical support to ResMed or partner stakeholders. This includes problem-solving and solutions for patients having difficulties with ResMed ventilation therapy or masks, provision of technical details for tender preparation, product demonstrations and any questions of a clinical or technical nature.
7.Regularly liaise with the ResMed Learning Centre, Medical Affairs and Applied Research such that a wide view of ResMed’s educational and technical activities can be maintained.
8.Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion leaders (KOL) both within the region and abroad.
9.Develop and maintain relationships with other ResMed Clinical Supervisors/Specialists.

 
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in medical specialty. At least 5 years’ experience in clinical application in respiratory related area. Subject matter expert in area of clinical specialisation.
2.Rich training experience, for both internal employees and external cooperative partners.
3.Exceptional written and verbal communication. Good team-work spirit, result-oriented, innovative, strong interpersonal effectiveness.
4.Proficient in written and spoken English.
5.Basic computer skills and use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
