职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助上级建立健全公司招聘、培训、薪资、福利、绩效考核等人力资源制度建设；
2、按公司要求完成招聘工作；
3、负责新员工入职培训，执行培训计划以及培训效果的跟踪、反馈；
4、帮助建立员工关系，协调员工与管理层的关系，组织员工的活动；
5、其他日常人事管理工作；
6、领导交办的其他工作。
 
任职要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历。
2、人力资源管理专业/拥有人力资源证书。
3、必须拥有一年半以上人力资源工作经验。
4、拥有团队合作意识与敬业精神。
5、熟练运用各种办公软件。
