职位描述：

Main Job Function

l To ensure that all operations within the work shop to follow the quality control systems.

l To make sure that all products conform to the BOM/drawing and or，work to the assembly instructions

l To stop all works that does not conform and to notify the quality manger

l To calibrate gauges (spanner, crimper bar and screw driver) used in torch assembly.

l To audit and maintain all the records for ISO9001

Secondary Job Function

l To administer the non-conformance system and produce a monthly record for the quality manager.

l To ensure product concessions are completed

l To inspect finished products prior to dispatch

l To do some inwards checking for 100%, like as switch pot

l To calibrate and maintain spanner, crimper bar and screw driver and measuring instrument records.

l To work with drawing charger and ensure that all drawings are update.

l To ensure that all drawings and working instructions are kept in good order.

l To do analysis on the rejected MIG torches

l To keep non-conformance and quarantine area tideand not used again in production

l To test components prior to dispatch which made by torch assembly line and keep records.

l To look for and make recommendations to improve testing and product quality.

l To offer torch inspection report as client or other departmentsrequest

l To make ISIR for new components which made by torch assembly

l To upload quality records regularly

l Any other work as directed by the quality manager.
