General Job Description:
Customer service support on line or visits for controller issue
Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and quality service activities
Create and keep good relationships with the customers
Internal and External communication for service issues resolutions

Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability:
* Customer service on line support for controller issues.
* Customer service visits for controller issues.
* Effectively using tools for installatin and service activities
* Service report submitting after service visit
* Internal issues communication and investigation
* Service bulletin implement
* Keep and promote good customer relationships
* Support RSM to handle some administration tasks for FS in SZ.

Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Proactive fast-learner
· Willing to travel up to 60% of time
· Open to relocate to other areas of China in the future
· Good English( speak and write) .
· Able to work with minimum supervision

Qualifications:
- Education (Indicate required and/or preferred education for this job.)
Univercity or College degree in Electronic / Electrical engineering or related
- Related Experience (Indicate required and/or preferred experience for this job.)
·Experience as a service engineer / technician in Tooling injection molding
industry is preferred
·Work experience ( service) on hot runner or IMM is preferred.
