Critical mind to judge processes in areas where CP system interacts, come up with conclusions and action plan to improve
Structural mind to understand and construct relationships among department, proper to make outlines and project structure
Strong character to face challenges in all departments
Renovation mind set, last changes to the system will never be the ultimate
Foster the quality of the relationship between the Project / Roll out plan with related departments for deliverables accomplishment.
A coach, guide and trainer that agrees with operative needs
Facilitator to his team to develop skills through training and trials
Benchmark with other organizations of GB, to conduct observations in order to replicate and roll out.
Person who leads the changes and pursues the objective
Creative to produce tools to visualize performance indexes. Facilitates the tools to his collaborators to incorporate them into the daily-basis use for operative and analytic matters
任职要求：
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the field of Project Management or leading commercial teams.
Possess wide ability to learn and adapt to Bimbo’s Model, especially in Sales area.
Open to work under pressure, to get the objective timely
Excellent communication skills either internally in the Project Team and other department’s colleagues.
Excellent organizational and managerial skills. Focused on the project management.
Self-motivated; self-disciplined with ability to work under limited direction.
Bilingual: Chinese-English, Spanish preferable.
Motivator to others. With Authority to carry out tasks and drive project team to accomplish their tasks..
Construct a solid and disciplined project team
Capable to detect opportunities inside the DSD platform and make action plan to improve. Given the indexes that show our distribution structure performance
Open to carry out different tasks and projects.
Capable to interact upwards & downwards and with peers openly
Risk Taker with measure.
