职位描述：
Responsibility:

1. Selection, evaluation and development of suppliers.
2. Assessment and release of new supplier (system and process audit).
3. Systematic evaluation of suppliers’ performance and deriving corresponding corrective measures.
4. Execution of supplier development project.
5. Execution of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) projects.
6. Complaint processing (8D process).
7. Alignment of control and inspection plan between Festo and supplier.
8. Conducting technical discussions.
9. Mould and measurement confirm with the supplier and our internal department
10. IQC inspection plan establishment

Qualification:

1. Scholarship: University degree
2. Major: Mechanical Engineering /Materials
3. Work Experience:
1) At least 5 years work experience in industrial area and a foreign enterprise is preferred.
2) At least 3 years work experience in quality assurance.
3) At least 3 years work experience in die-casting part or mould and master in them
4. Skills:
1) High quality awareness.
2) Outstanding experience and knowledge in die-casting area including the parts and mould.
3) Familiar with quality methods and tools.
4) Basic knowledge of measuring methods and devices.
5) Ability to carry out supplier audits.
6) Good skills for self-organisation.
7) Systematic working approach.
8) Decision making capability.
9) Good communication skills.
10) Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
11) Willingness of frequent travelling.
12) Good Microsoft Office software (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) skills.
