Responsibility

? Prepare import and export shipping documents
? Manage customs declaration process and cycle time
? Verify freight forwarder and incoterm
? Track shipment transportation
? Co-ordinate and monitor the service level with 3PL, forwarders, I/E agent
? Assist in shipment claim process
? Manage 3PL, local warehouse, consignment warehouse, IPS operation
? Co-ordinate local warehouse, consignment warehouse and IPS inventory audit
? Prepare related reports
? Monitor local logistics expenses, verify freight cost and logistics service billing

Knowledge
? University graduate with 3 years’ experience in logistics industry
? Hands-on experience in import and export procedure and regulation

Skills
? Good analytical skills
? Good communication skills to work with different internal and external parties
? Proficient language skills, written and oral English and country specific language
? Proficient PC skills

Attitude
? ‘Can do’ attitude
? Proven team player
