职位描述：
1.Strategic Research
a.Conduct in-depth internal and external researches and analyses (including but not limited to market research, economic research, financial analysis, operational analysis, competitor analysis, and et cetera) and provide fairly in-depth level of conclusion to assist the superior in the strategic planning and decision making of the senior management.
b.Provide specific research supports to the Business Development & Corporate Finance teams when required in relation to specific projects or topics.
c.Develop & maintain database (consisting of internal and external intelligence and information) and feed periodic and/or ad-hoc business / market intelligence to the superior, senior management and other relevant stakeholders in the division.

2.Strategic Planning & Execution
a.Assist the strategic planning process of the Logistics Division by providing necessary environmental researches, offsite management, Strategy Blueprint guidance, portfolio analyses, and et cetera.
b.Assist in developing & recommending strategy outline and identify key elements and factors impacting the strategy setting based on the conclusion of in-depth research works.
c.Assist in preparing the strategic plan documents (e.g. Blueprint) and monitor & review the strategic plan documents submitted by the Operating Units.
d.Assist in communicating & execution of strategic initiatives relating to business performance improvements, corporate finance, and business development initiatives.

3.Performance Management
a.Develop & execute performance planning & monitoring initiatives based on the approved Strategy Blueprint.
b.Track & monitor the performance of the implementation of the strategic initiatives and provide problem analyses and remedy recommendations where necessary.

4.Business Development
Assist the business development team in research, analytics, opportunities identification, as well as the monitoring and following up of business development projects.

任职要求：
1.Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Logistics Management, Corporate Finance, or Accounting.
2.Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA would be an added advantage
3.Preferably with previous exposures in various business functions (e.g. commercial, operations, corporate services, finance, strategy, and et cetera) and participation in business initiative projects
4.Previous experience in investment bank / management consulting will be added advantage 举报 分享
