职位描述：
1. JOB NATURE

Function: SSC PO Management

Reports to - Solid Line: SSC supervisor

Location base: Jinan, Shandong

Frequency of Travel: Timely

Process: Planner to vendor

Working Hours: Weekdays, TBD

2. OVERALL ROLE

1. Handle the purchase requests from Planner every day and release orders via IFS system.
每日接收查询采购计划员下达的采购需求，并在IFS系统中下达采购订单。
2. Transfer confirmed orders to vendor timely and correctly.
及时准确地将审批后的采购订单下达给供应商
3. Handle Supplier Scheduling and tracing, ensure the goods can arrived at DC in time.
管控追踪供应商的发货信息，确保采购产按照订单要求时间和数量到达仓库
4. Cooperation with DC to keep the GR in right quantity and PO number.
配合仓库做好收货，确保收货信息的准确性。
5. Work with Finance to check the payment invoice data.
配合财务部门做好应付发票的收货信息。
6. Assists in internal and external audit
支持配合好公司内部和外部客户。
7. Finish the other tasks from supervisor.
完成部门主管交代的其他工作任务

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

1. After training，get the Procurement process and work content
快速学习SSC采购部的主要业务流程和业务内容。
2. Get the skill of releasing order via IFS after training and practice.
通过公司内部培训和实地学习，掌握IFS具体下单操作流程。
3. Deal with the purchase requests timely and correctly
快速准确处理收到的采购需求，下达采购订单。
4. Keep the efficiency communication with vendors to ensure the order receipt.
和供应商保持及时有效的沟通，保证采购订单准确接收。
5. Tracking shipment to ensure the goods arrive at warehouse as requested.
对已接收订单进行实时跟踪，确保采购产品按要求到货。
6. Provide the right DN or PO number to DN to complete GR.
配合仓库收货，提供完整准确地收货单号，保证仓库顺利收货。
7. Feedback to vendor timely once the goods shortage or damage during GR.
对于收货时发现的少货或者物品损坏情况要及时反馈上报
8. Support Finance the right PO number to match the payment invoice.
配合财务发票匹配工作，保证付款顺利完成。
9. Good communication and corporation with internal and external customers.
与内部客户和外部客户，要进行友好合作沟通。

6. COMPETENCIES
Education: Bachelor degree
Experience: 1 years work experience is better or Excellent fresh graduates will be OK
一年的相关的工作经验，或者优秀的应届毕业生
Communication: Mandarin, General English reading and writing, CET4 .
普通话流利；英语4级，日常交际的听、说、读、写能力。
Team work and communications skills.
团队协作以及良好的交流能力。
Able to work under pressure within a busy environment.
能适应紧张环境下的高压工作。
