职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to ensure that the apprentices are in a best way trained and to be integrated after graduation.
2. Responsible for the trainer team and part time trainers, work as the representative in case of vocational training to external cooperation partners as well as for the college and AHK.
3. Responsible to organize the vocational training process based on the principles of the German educational vocational training system.
Examples:
? Advice/Consult front line workers and managers in operation area
? Approve budget related application sheets and holiday requests
? Appraise/Evaluate employees and apprentices
? Ascertain/Assess a continuous quality of the training standards and facilities, and maintain them (6S e.g.)
? Assign suppliers
? Assist/Support the qualification team to offer trainings to internal and external customers
? Assure/Support the improving of our cooperation college
? Examine apprentices (Member of examination board)
? Organizing of trainings in order to optimize the capacities of the trainer (focus internal but also external)
? Continuous qualification (internal and external) of the own team
? Key member of Operational Supporter Committee
? Present and Represent the vocation al training to internals and externals
? At least review and monitor the budget of the cost centre
? Provide trainings to own staff, apprentices and externals
? Preparation of presentations and training materials
? Follow-up projects
? Design/Implement frequently updated courses, training methods and related documents

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or related major.
2. At least 5 years working experience with technical background.
3. Good communication skills and business sense.
4. Customer-oriented and good service sense.
5. Good team player with integrity, openness and flexibility.
