职位描述：
工作职责：
?Work closely with the Sales team in regional level, identify and analyze customer/consumer needs and business opportunities then develop an integrated plan to achieve marketing and sales goals.
?Responsible for the planning, communicating and implementation of marketing programs and promotions in key retailers at the store level.
?Leads promotions including financial analysis, pitch presentation to retailers, dedicated in-store POP, cross-functionally working with marketing to develop support campaigns to drive consumer awareness.
?Leads all in-store collateral needs including signage, POP, endcaps, displays
?Collect competitive intelligence and feedback to sales and marketing

职位需求：
* University degree (minimum)
* Workable oral and written English skills
* 5+ years’ experience in sales and trade marketing in Retail channel.
* Strong project managers, prioritize multiple projects and execute marketing programs from start to completion.
* Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills
* Good oral, interpersonal and written communications skills.
* Ability to network with and influence stakeholders to build strong relationships and achieve alignment and execution.
