The Talent Acquisition Partner will perform and manage talent acquisition activities in Greater China.
This is a 1 year contract position, subject to extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages talent acquisition activities in Greater China
Provides active search support for open vacancies, collaborating with HRBPs and business managers to define candidate profiles and identifying multiple sourcing channels.
Builds relationships with business leaders, hiring manager, HR business partners, and candidates
Organizes and conducts pre-screening candidate interviews, background checks, and reference checks for all position level candidates
Develop new hire compensation packages and ensure approvals are in compliance with guidelines
Analyses the effectiveness of recruitment practices in region and works closely with external recruitment vendors to monitor performance.
Interfaces with HR Shared Services team for onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition from selection process to offers of employment.
Maintains a pipeline of candidates for critical roles
Provides system and reporting support to TA team
Analyzes effectiveness of recruitment practices and identifies areas of improvement
Criteria:
Bachelor's degree.
Around 8 years of experience in recruitment, of which recent years spent on an in-house recruitment role with a Multinational Company.
