职位描述：
岗位职责：
       建立健全各项设备管理制度，监督、检查各作业区的设备使用、维修、维保等设备管理工作。
To establish and perfect the system of the equipment management, supervise and inspect the operating region of equipment use, maintenance, maintenance equipment management work.
1. 负责制定、执行港口各作业区的岗位职责、操作规程、各种设备管理制度。
Responsible for the formulation, implementation of responsibility in the port of each areas, operating rules, all sorts of equipment management system.
2. 制定设备的大修、月度检修、维保计划；
Set up the equipment overhaul, monthly maintenance, maintenance plan;
3. 监督检查各作业区的设备台账、记录的填写情况；
To supervise and inspect the operating region of the equipment parameter, record fill in;
4. 监督检查各作业区设备使用、维保、检查、维修、卫生等工作；
Working in the supervision and inspection of the equipment use, maintenance, inspection, maintenance, etc;
5. 组织处理设备事故，作好设备事故管理工作；
Tissue processing equipment accident, equipment accident management job;
6. 协助各作业区解决设备的技术难题，作好技术革新、技术改造等工作。

负责全港的设备技术管理工作。

1. 负责设备的技术改造及新技术引进，及时解决港口各部门提出的设备问题；
Responsible for the technical reformation of equipment and new technology introduction, solve the problem of port equipment presented by the various departments in time;
2. 协助生产部门对操作工、维修工进行业务培训。
Assist the production department business training to operators, maintenance man.
3. 协助公司对新采购设备的技术文件编制、设备选型及招标技术工作；
To assist the company to the new purchasing equipment technical documentation, equipment selection and tendering technical work;
4. 负责港口新进设备的安装、调试、验收、检验等工作，并组织操作使用部门和维修部门员工培训。
Responsible for the port of new equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, inspection, etc, and organize the operation department and maintenance department staff training.
5. 负责对外协维修工作的技术方案的制定和实施的监督。
Responsible for the maintenance work of outsourcing technical plan formulation and implementation of the supervision.
6. 负责协调特种设备检验部门进行特种设备的检验工作。
