职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司所有品牌与互联网产品的整体创意及视觉设计工作；
2、承担公司核心产品设计任务，与产品技术研发团队紧密配合，完成软件产品的设计、开发与上线；
3、根据产品需求，从用户体验角度出发，提升设计质量；
4、制定产品界面的风格及标准，包括界面控件、界面图标、交互设计，负责把控产品应用的各类UI设计规范、UI界面视觉风格；
5、规范产品在用户体验上的统一性和一致性，编写、维护和更新产品的相关设计文档和规范；

任职要求：
1、 美术设计类、广告学及相关专业本科学历，具有深厚的美术功底和良好的创意构思能力，对色彩有深刻的把握力、独特的风格、独到的创意视点与创新意识；
2、2年以上相关专业设计经验，精通AI、Photoshop、CorelDraw等设计软件；
3、完美主义，注重细节，善于颠覆自己的创作并持续更新；
4、对用户的期望值有敏锐的洞察能力，能敏锐把握互联网产品和服务的客户体验感，有较强的用户及用户行为研究和分析能力；
5、有很强的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神。
