Position Overview
The role of HRBP is to integrate into business teams as a trusted partner to help diagnose problems and provide appropriate solutions, drive cross-countries initiatives to ensure effective implementation of HR polices, practices and facilitate business and organization smooth development.
Position Responsibilities
1.Work with Country/ Region Managers to develop and implement HR policies and solutions to achieve strategic business objectives and organization development.
2.Partner with the Country Manager on workforce planning requirements and control determined headcounts.
3.Work with Country Manager to raise recruitment request and compile Job Description, provide suggestion and consulting through recruiting process by searching, coordinating interview and following up onboarding in case of needs within time.
4.Be responsible for performance management including annual and monthly targets setting-up and assessment in MBO (Management by Objectives) system and delivery of effective measures.
5.Organize training activities and conduct orientation training for new hires, help the new hires integrate in the company by periodic communication activities during probationary period.
6.Provide compensation support including salary planning, negotiation and monthly calculation.
7.Seek and identify ways to resolve complex employee relations issues including but not limit to disputes, employee complaint, retention, termination etc. in accordance with local policies and laws accordingly.
8.Maintain necessary data and information, provide accurate data to HQ and SSC team as required, make sure timely periodical reports are provided to update progress of HR activities.
Position Qualifications
1.Minimum University or Bachelor's degree, Master preferred.
2.6-8 years HR experience, 2 years above in BP role preferred.
3.Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills and contribution to the business strategy.
4.Solid knowledge and practice experience in recruiting, training, performance, staffing.
5.Strong communication, organization, coordination ability.
6.Good patient with detail and accuracy oriented.
Organization Architecture
1.Direct report to the General Manager of HR Department, HQ.
2.Dotted line report to Country Manager
