Job Summary:
Responsible for AS new business development projects with the aim of capturing new market opportunities in line with strategic directions from headquarters. Scope of projects include new products, new business models and activities.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.Plan special new projects and activities with business development manager by active communications and coordination with sales and marketing team in BA.
2.Conduct integration plan for new product portfolios and promote new products, business models and processes
3.Ensure all planned activities are carried out in a systematic and cost efficient manner.
4.Liaise with external partners such as contractors, distributors and end users to ensure successful implementation of projects.
5.Work closely with Marketing group for product specifications, sales arguments and pricing.
6.Refer sales leads and customer feedback to the company and liaises with sales and marketing to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
7.Contact closely decision maker and KOL( Key Opinion Leader ) in life science arena and government in China.
8.Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of business development analyst professionals to ensure that projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
9.Assist Business Development Manager in preparing documents for submission to government authorities, distributors and customers.
10.Perform basic application support for assigned product portfolios.
11.Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
12.Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition


Education & Qualifications:
1.Bachelor of Science in Clinical Diagnostics or Health or Biological Science or Business Studies
2.Proficiency in both spoken and written English
3.Good command of MS office software application
4.Product & marketing expertise.


Experience:
At least 4 working experience in related work of Next Generation Sequencing and qPCR.
