职位描述：

1、日常招聘。负责上海\深圳\北京区域信 技术,销售,管理岗招聘工作，拟定招聘计划，并予以相应的帮助和指导；
2、招聘渠道管理。负责开通维护所有公司的招聘渠道，根据各地实际需求和渠道效果，有效选择招聘渠道。招聘渠道的日常维护。
3、招聘数据管理。收集汇总阿总部及各分行招聘及入离职数据，并做简要的招聘效果分析及离职分析。

4、绩效考核工作。
5、人事企划工作。（善于写报告）

岗位要求

1.5-8年工作经验，熟练掌握招聘模块技能，熟悉招聘体系及招聘流程。
2.工作负责，思维敏捷，.团队意识强，善于沟通。
3.熟练应用Office 办公软件。
4.英语优秀,懂韩语者优先.
