Report to the Materials Manager. You will, as member of our materials management team
Responsible for procuring local parts from local supplier to secure parts availability while keeping a sound structure of capital tied up in inventory.
In this position we need a person who has decent working experiences in spare parts procurement and inventory management, this will help us further to develop the business and the people.

Main Roles & responsibilities:

* Execute call off orders to local suppliers on regularly basis.
* Work proactively to solve customer backorders and provide reliable ETA.
* Secure lead time follow up and work with supplier on improvement.
* Secure local sourced parts performance on target level in terms of availability, ToR and Delivery Precision
* Support local procurement process improvement and implementation from IEP Materials.
* Supplier delivery discrepancy handling and invoice receiving.
* Organize regular meeting with main suppliers on logistics performance improvement.
* Participate in new projects & activities upon internal requirements.


Education & Experience:


* Bachelor’s degree, logistics related is preferable.
* Prior working experience in logistics services in terms of spare parts purchasing, supplier relationship and inventory management.
Competences and skills:
* Fluent speaking & writing in both Mandarin and English.
* Good communication skill.
* Customer oriented.
* Target-driven, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility
* Established proficiency in the use of MS Office applications
