General Manager
Description: General Manager for an export oriented hardware manufacturing company near Jimo (Qingdao).
Responsible for sales and sales strategy to the domestic and export markets and managing the team of the site.

Reporting to the management of the foreign investor

Principle accountabilities / duties

1, Developing and implementing sales strategies for domestic and export market
2, Managing / dealing with key customers
3, Dealing with overseas customers
4, Managing Sales administration
5, Leading the management team (production, administration, accounting, purchasing)
6, Managing the on time reporting to the foreign investor
7, Further sales activities for imported high quality products will be added (if successful)

Required qualifications

1, Bachelor’s degree, in related, preferably technically oriented field.
2, Several years management and sales experience in a similar, technically oriented position.
3, Proven track record of successful business development
4, Open minded communicative personality with strong behaviour
5, Excellent oral and written communication skills and flexibility to operate in difficult environment
6, Fluency in Mandarin and English
