Job Summary
As a line manager of integration and verification you will ensure Ericsson technology leadership, right scope, quality, time and cost of product development. You teach, coaches, challenges and develops individuals, teams and organizations. You secure technology leadership and foster an innovative and learning culture within the organization.
Responsibilities & Tasks
· Maintain the overall Test strategies and the alignment with stakeholders
· Manage the capacity and develop the competence of the team
· Develop and implement tools for integration and verification
· Drive the I&V efficiency and delivery quality
· Guardian of the product quality
Experiences:
· Over 5-year management experience in the area of radio integration & verification, or systemization
· Strong experience in lab and test environment management, including test tools and methodology
· Experience in working with GSM/WCDMA, LTE product development
· Strong communicator with great listening skills
· Conceptual thinker with excellent analytical skills
· Product Lifecycle Management
Qualifications:
· BS/MS/Ph.D./MBA
· Must understand the R&D development process
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
