Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
More than 2 years of work experience in headhunting, experience in multinational company is preferred; Graduates with internship experience is also welcome
Previous experience and/or good understanding on manufacturing industry is an advantage
Skilled at making cold calls and conducting search processes
Having network with candidates, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Good written and oral language skills in English and in Mandarin Chinese
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Main Tasks:
To build up, enrich and update the talents databanks
To contact possible candidates and make interview schedule
Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions.
To support consultant to complete the whole recruiting project
To identify and implement most efficient methods for expanding company’s talent database
Details of Work:
To liaise with vendors of talents databank, develop and liaise with freelance
To actively identify, research and organize participation at conference, events, activities, exhibition related to target candidates
To assist specifying the ideal profile when the Assignment Summary is made
To search candidates through databank, freelance and networks and make cold calls
To call candidates and inquire their interest after the Consultant accept them
To make the interview schedule and make sure the presence of candidates
To control the search process and close the search assignment
Attend interviews with his/her consultant if necessary.
