KEY TASKS/ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作任务及职责

1. Assist project manager to write the research plan of project, complete the work under the manager arrangement.
辅助项目组长完成项目设计，完成项目负责人安排的实验任务
2. Establish the repository of human cancer cell lines library
建立公司的人类肿瘤细胞库;
3. To use cell lines for drug screening; and perform other related experiments, such as MTT,CCK-8
药物的细胞模型筛选及其他相关试验（MTT、CCK-8等）研究;
4. Performing in vitro study of cell biology and doing data collection and analysis
细胞学的体外实验并进行数据采集和分析；


JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTITUDES本岗位所需的知识/技能/态度

1. MSc or above degree with a specialty in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or related field.
大专及以上学历，分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物工程、生物化学及相关专业；
2. Strong record of scientific achievement，Having skill in Molecular manipulation and cell culture , including clone、ELISA, protein expression and purification.
扎实的分子、细胞操作技能，包括克隆， ELISA、动物细胞培养、蛋白表达及纯化；
3. At least one-year experience in in vitro drug screening
最少1年药物研发部门药物体外筛选经验；
4. Familiar with drug screening targets, estabilish and optimize drug screening protocols (cellular level and biochemistry) for different targets
熟悉药物筛选靶点，建立和优化针对不同靶点的各种细胞水平、生化水平的检测方法进行药物筛选
5. Familiar with equipments and software for in vitro drug screening
熟悉与药物体外筛选相关的仪器和软件的使用
6. Good logical analysis ability, Able to work independently and collect and analyses experimental data.
有较好的逻辑分析能力，能独立开展实验工作，具有数据采集和分析能力；
7. Have good English reading and writing skills, be able to perform literature research independently
具有较好的英语读写能力，能独立查阅英语文献
8. Hard working, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and team cooperation spirit
工作刻苦、沟通良好，具有较强的工作责任心、团队合作精神。
9. With prior experience in anti-cancer drug research or high-throughput drug screening is preferred
