岗位职责：

- 负责或执行抗细菌或抗感染研究领域的实验方法设计和验证，能独立进行化合物筛选。
- 负责细菌的收集、保存、培养药物敏感性实验、最低抑菌浓度实验、细菌耐药突变实验、药效实验和耐药菌株的分子特性验证的实验。
- 负责各种微生物如大肠杆菌，铜绿假单胞杆菌，金黄色葡萄球菌的实验室操作。
- 能够为新合成的化合物制定体外筛选策略和实验方法。
- 提交相关项目进展报告，能在会议中进行项目进展汇报，负责对相关部门的技术支持。?
- 合理安排实验并按时提交实验结果，能够分析，整理和总结实验数据。


岗位要求：

- 具有微生物学或相近专业的硕士或者博士学位，在学术，制药行业有一年以上的实际的操作经验。
- 能够独立设计或操作体外药物筛选实验，具有较强的问题解决能力。
- 在微生物学方面具备广泛的经验。
- 熟悉细菌或者病毒分子生物学技术和生物化学技术。
- 希望具备细胞培养经验但不是必需条件。
- 能够独立进行实验操作，具有团队合作精神。
- 良好的英语写作能力，能够独立阅读文献或相关资料。

Senior Anti-infective Scientist/Anti-infective Scientist
Job Description:
- Perform or lead a wide range of anti-bacterial or anti-infective assay development validation and compound screening, may work with BSL-2 microorganisms.
- Be responsible for bacterial collection, culture, antimicrobial susceptibility test, minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) test, Frequency of Resistance (FOR); Static time kill experiment (STK); efficacy study (IC50) and molecular characterization of drug-resistant strains
- Be responsible for culture different bacteria species in lab, such as E. coli, P. aeruginosa, S. aerues.
- Design and set up strategy and protocols for the triage of new chemical leads
- Be responsible for comprehensive project documentations, Prepares technical reports and presents results at staff meetings
- Project management, Problem solving and on-time delivery of experimental results

Requirements:
- A master degree or Ph.D. in Microbiology or closely related discipline with practical lab experience in an academic, pharmaceutical setting above one year.
- Strong capability in designing and/or running in vitro biochemical assays with strong problem solving
- Extensive experience in microbiology
- Experience in bacterial or virus genetics and biochemistry.
- Experience in cell culture will be considered as plus.
- Working independently and also in a team environment
- Good written skills in English, Independent access to literatures
