Main purpose of the position:
This position has an overall responsibility for managing and supporting our consumables business in Infection Control. By providing specialist product knowledge and know-how, the person will support the after market sales team and national distributor meet the technical needs of our hospital clients. This position will also provide product training to existing and potential customers and dealers.
Main responsibilities:
1. Product portfolio management for consumables
2. Develop and implement pricing strategy
3. New product launch
4. Deliver product training to internal sales, external customers and dealers
5. Making competitor’s analysis
6. Market intelligence
7. Providing necessary supports to after market sales team
8. Coordinate with supply unit and global consumables team
9. Sales tool box (tender documentation package, etc.)
10. Quotation system management
11. Manage sales pipeline
12. Distributor management
13. Provide necessary support to RA team for product registration.
14. Other job tasks that required by the superior
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in chemical, pharmaceutical or biological technology related subject
? Preferably 3 years working experience in product management of consumables
? Previous background and experience making the candidate familiar with infection control technology,concept and regulations.
? Excellent training skills
? Excellent written and oral English and Mandarin communication skills
