瑞士技术研发公司在上海的代表处招聘产品设计制造工程师。

职位描述：
1. 参与产品研发、制造工艺至批量生产的各个阶段的工作；
2. 领导跨学科、跨国界工程师组成的项目组完成产品设计、制造至量产的工作。并参与协助其它项目组的工作。
3. 充当瑞士项目组与国内客户之间沟通的桥梁，协助工作。

岗位任职要求：

1. 具有复杂家电产品的设计、组装、制造及批量生产的经验；
2. 熟练使用3D软件及有限元分析流程；
3. 具有开放式的头脑，善于学习新知识、接受新事物；
4. 态度积极奋进，理解跨国文化之间的差异；
5. 汉语普通话流利，能够用英语进行书面及口语交流；
6. 经常在国内出差；
7. 具有欧洲留学经历更佳。

Scope of work:
You lead sub- or overall projects from concept to start-of-production. You lead and coach interdisciplinary and international project teams. You conduct major tasks of the projects yourself and stay on the forefront of technology. You support your colleagues in their projects with your expert knowledge. You are the interface to our specialists in Switzerland.

Requirements:
1. European education as mechanical- or mechatronic-engineer (Msc., Phd.)
2. Experience with electro-mechanic devices for mass production
3. Excellent comprehension in design of complex appliances and assemblies.
4. Experience in the use of engineering tools like 3D-CAD and FEM-analysis
5. Open to newest technologies
6. Agility and motivation
7. Readiness for permanent learning
8. Distinct intercultural understanding
9. Ready to travel, especially in China
10. Excellent knowledge of the Chinese language (Mandarin)
