Main responsibilities:
1. Tools management
2. Training demo management
3. TSE related material management
4. FSE qualification recode and update
5. Technical training coordinator
6. Customer complaints system input and follow up and summary
7. FCA status update
8. Collective and report out all technical relative activities
9. Others service relative job

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
1. College degree or above
2. Computer: familiar with Microsoft Office, Web. SAP system is priority
3. Minimum 1-2 years’ relative experience
4. Communication: communication in the most effective way, internally and externally
