Job Objective:

Design and implement the algorithm in radio unit. Design and implement the L1 base band algorithm.

You will work as Radio system design, which covering below areas:

l Key algorithm in legacy radio unit

l L1 base band algorithm

l Responsible the algorithm design and implementation

Responsibilities:

- Key algorithm design in radio unit, such as CFR, DPD and AGC.

- L1 base band algorithm design, such as IFFT, FFT

- Antenna calibration algorithm design

- Write related design document

- Process control of algorithm development

- Pre-study task for new technique or new product

Qualification & Requirement:

- Deep understanding of telecom industry, especially on LTE system and 5G

- Deep understanding of algorithm role & responsibility

- >3 years working experience in base station design

- Master or above, major in EE, CS, or similar

- Well organized and have structure thinking

- Initiative and positive personal personality

- Fluent in English speaking/writing
