职位描述：
SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:

- Machining equipment and surface treatment equipment maintenance &management
- Support EVS productivity improvement and keep all equipment in good status.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide maintenance technology expertise in machining equipments & related.
- Organize & Implement AM(自主维护) and PM(预防性维护) activities
- Lead root cause analysis on machine faults
- Spare parts management
- Training to maintenance technician on troubleshooting
- Lead equipment Kaizen activities and support other production Kaizen activities
- Support new machine installation, set-up commissioning
- Promote electricity/mechanical safety awareness and LOTO (lock-out Tag-out) procedure
- Continuous reduction and optimization of maintenance costs

EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ Yrs machining equipment maintenance experience and 2+ years maintenance management experience

PROFILE:
Mandatory
- Good team work
- Engineering Graduate (ME,EE)
- Good at Microsoft office software
- Fluent reading and basic oral English ability
Preferable
- Be good at CNC control system (eg. FANUC) and PLC
- Manufacturing/mechanical experience
- Familiar with mechanical or hydraulic is preferred
