Key responsibilities:

1.Supplier Development/management

2.Program management/Costing management

3.Strategy plan, budgeting and team management

4.Shall contain data clearly describing product ordered; maintain records showing latest part status/approval

5.Manage and handling aftermarket programs

6.Prepare the inter company RFQ according to RFQ instruction

Key requirement:

1.University graduated of Mechanical, English CET-6

2.6 years mechanical engineer, 5 years technical buyer experience, automotive field is preferred.

3.Requires good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English; must be well organised; good understanding of computer programs.

4.Requires the ability to negotiate price, terms, and issues as they affect costs and customer service.

5.Knowledge and ability to work with PC (Word, Excel, PPS, etc.), Knowledge of TS quality system.

6.Strong background and deep understanding of material, manufacturing process and their costs.
