工作职责：
- Coordination and control of the production process in order to realise the planned production orders, respecting the quality standards requested by the client;为实现生产计划订单，在满足客户的质量标准的前提下，协调并管控生产流程。
- Ensuring the realisation of the planned production;确保生产按计划完成。
- Optimal managment of the human resources and materials in the Production department;优化管理生产部的人员及物料。
- Ensuring the observance of the work procedures and instructions in the Production areas, collaborating with the Training, IE and Logistics departments; 与培训，工程及物流部门合作，确保生产是按照工作程序及作业指导书执行。
- Ensuring the observance of the quality norms, collaborating with the Quality department; 与质量部合作，确保遵守质量标准。
- Ensuring the observance of the work health and security norms; 确保遵守职业健康及安全要求。
- Ensuring the discipline of the personnel under his subordination; 确保下属人员遵守纪律。
- Ensuring the integrity of the goods in the plant; 确保工厂物品完整。
- Implementing, maintaining and developing continuously in the plant the environment management system and politics according to the reference standards (ISO TS 16949/2000/ISO14001);
 根据体系ISO TS16949/2000/ISO14001的参考标准，执行，维护并持续发展工厂的环境管理体系;
- Be responsible for the identifying and evaluation for the risk of factors of environment, and for the operation and controlling of the important environmental factors.
负责部门环境因素风险的识别与评价，负责部门重要环境因素的运行和控制。

职位要求：
- Bachelor in automotive, engineering, technic or mechanic; 本科专业，汽车、工程、技术或机械类专业；
- Fluent writing and speaking English; 流利的英语听说读写；
- Good knowledge and experience about leading and organising production; 良好的生产管理及组织经验;
- Experience in the field of electrical harnesses manufacture or / and experience on a similar position in another production plant; 汽车线束制造行业和/或其他制造行业同等或类似工作经验；
- Computer skills (MS Office); 良好的计算机水平(MS office软件)
- Very good communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving abilities; 优秀的沟通技能，谈判技巧及问题解决能力；
- Self confidence, positive attitude, capacity to mobilize himself and also the others; 自我管控，态度积极，能调动自己及他人。
- Flexibility in thinking, capacity of analysis ; 思维灵活，有分析能力；
- Team spirit;团队精神；
- Capacity to work under stress conditions; 能在压力环境下工作 ;
