工作职责
1. 确定产品的工艺和结构。
2. 开发新供应商。
3. 解决现有的质量、工艺难题，检查新产品在实施过程中的质量隐患。
4. 控制产品成本，核实价钱。
5. 跟进新产品和客户要求的样板。
6. 跟进订单生产进度，评估供应商的订单货期。
7. 供应商评估，包括：质量、货期、产能、职业健康安全等。
8. 关注展览信息，通过参加展览开发有潜质的供应商。

职位要求
1.大专或以上学历，机械工程及自动化、模具设计与制造等相关专业，熟悉机械的基本原理和五金、塑料材料等特性；
2.熟悉家居用品、五金及塑料制品生产工艺及材质需求，熟悉产品成本核算。
3.熟悉产品开发流程，了解市场信息，熟悉原材料、供应商情况。
4.熟悉ISO质量管理体系，持有内审员资格优先考虑。
5.持C1或以上驾驶执照者优先考虑。
