Responsibilities:

1.Supervises accounting functions and regular reporting to monitor finance performance of responsible entities (results, balances, and cash flow)
2.Formulates and administers approved accounting practices throughout the organization to ensure that financial and operating reports accurately, provide reliable information necessary to control operations (data analysis & annual budget)
3.Proactively review each SSC functional process regularly for continuous improvements, actively involved in SSC projects
a.Support the implementation plan while new SSC companies imposing
b.Contribute on continuous improvement and innovate solutions and system enhancements
4.Work with all required stakeholders to drive and deliver project implementation as per business case and timeline
5.Provide coaching, counseling, training and guidance to the operation team so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard
6.Collaborate with yearly routine auditing and special auditing to Accounting record
7.Relationship maintenance, compliance with local authorities, and cooperate with concerned internal function departments
8.Team management

Qualifications:

1.College or University degree major in Accounting;
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance function of MNC, with minimum 2 year experience of management
3.Well understand PRC GAAP and IFRS, tax laws and regulations, CPA/ ACCA is preferred
4.Comprehensive understanding of processes and procedures as well as continuous improvement concepts
5.Experience in project management for system and process deployments preferred, as well experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
6.Able to monitor and administer policy implementation and manage associated organizational risks
7.Understand the impact/benefit of compliance and regulation upon processes owned by various groups upon the organization
8.Good communication in English & Chinese, speaking and writing
