Operations（操作）

？ Determines first line problems on service-now

通过服务系统定义一线的问题。

？ Creates proper end user menu guide with base computer using knowledge and skills.

运用专业的知识或技术为终端客户提供基础的操作指引。

？ Maintains client site hardware and system installation in line with corporate direction

按照总部的方法维护客户端的硬件和系统在线安装。

？ Perform client site PCs in line with the corporate strict operating environment and policy restrictions

按照总部严格的操作环境和限制政策去履行客户端电脑的操作。

？ Perform compliance with standards set in group/region policies (OS, hardware and Software installation, correct configurations, IT equipment.…)

按照集团或区域的政策履行相关职责（操作系统、软硬件安装、正确的配置、IT需求）

User Support（用户支持）

？ Provides technical support to client hardware problems with end user face to face

提供面对面的终端客户硬件技术支持。

？ Answer end user’s enquires which is about IT range by telephone and email

利用邮件或电话解答终端客户有关IT咨询。

？ Follow up service-now’s user open ticket to solve the end user PC’s daily malfunction

跟进服务系统的提单来解决终端客户的电脑日常故障。

？ Jointly with users and management define IT requirements

根据管理层和用户情况来定义IT需求。

？ Performs / organizes user training on various applications and software packages

为终端客户提供或组织关于多种应用和软件包的培训服务。

？ Supports remote users (for accessing email and corporation applications)

支持远程用户（集团应用程序和邮件访问）

？ Mitel phone hardware connection and user instruction

敏迪电话的应用指引和链接安装

？ Copy machines, fax machines, printers, projector support (User instruction)

复印机、传真机、打印机和投影仪的日常维护。
