Essential Duties主要职责
?Manage the entire process of customer order from quotation to delivery and invoicing, includes
but not limited to the following:
对客户订单从询价到发货和收款的这个过程负责，包括但不限于以下职责：
?Order quotation
报价
?Sales ordering receiving
接单
?Sale order confirmation
确认订单
?Stock checking and reporting
检查库存及形成报告
?Delivery arrangement
安排发货
?Invoicing
开发票
?AR collection
货款跟踪
?Keep close contacts with internal departments ( Production, Purchasing, Quality Logistics) to
facilitate customer order on-time delivery;
与内部部门保持紧密的联系，保证客户订单能按时发货
?Provide routine support to market manager as to sales quotation, ordering and customer projects;
在销售价格、订单和销售项目上能够给市场经理提供常规的支持
?Provide routine support to inside sales manager, including but not limited to sales reporting,
project coordination, internal departments coordination etc…
能够给内部销售经理提供但不限于销售报告、项目协调、部门间的合作等支持
?Prepares periodic reports, routine correspondence and other reports (price list update, equipment price comparison, etc…)
编制周期报告、程序文件或其他报告（例如更新价目表、设备价格对比表等）
?Handles customer complaints favorably; makes recommendations and plans on how to resolve
identified customer service issues;
能够恰当地处理客户投诉。
