Pattern Maker

To act as an interface between sales and production departments within our Heshan office [80km from Guangzhou and 40km from Jiangmen].

As Pattern maker you will be responsible to:

• Study tech packs received from Customer which includes a Technical sketch, Measurement chart and other info

• Create a pattern according to each Customer's requirements in terms of outlook and fitting. This involves grading or adjusting the pieces for different sized garments.

• Give comments, approvals and amending as per customer's requirements

• Handle the fittings and workmanship of all samples during product development

• Work in close cooperation with the Development team, Technical team and Sample room

• Monitor of compliance with processing requirements and quality standards

To be successful in this position, you will have knowledge of design, apparel, mathematics and problem solving are skills that may help perform these tasks. You will be well-versed in the world of sports clothing and have a keen instinct for the market, trends and consumer requirements.

We are ideally looking for a dynamic, sporty person, who associates in the circle of our customer and who is able to keep track of things even in hectic periods.

Sound knowledge of pattern and fittings, ideally with basic knowledge of cad.assyst or another CAD system and capability in processing techniques for different product groups complete your profile.

• 根据客户在外观和试身方面的要求，制作出纸样。这涉及到对不同尺寸的衣服要对纸样进行放码或调整。

• 根据客户的要求给予意见，提供给客户审批后作出修正。

• 在产品开发的过程中，跟进样办的试身和工艺情况。

• 与开发部，测试部和办房紧密合作。

• 综合客人的要求和质量标准，制作出好的纸样。

要在这个职位上取得成功，你需要有设计，服装，数学方面的知识和解决问题的技能，这些技能能够帮助你完成任务。你将通晓运动服装领域，对市场发展的趋势和消费者的需求有敏锐的触觉。
