1、依据公司整体战略,组织制定营销战略规划,组织全国市场销售推广工作;打造优秀团队,并监督,管理下属团队,对部属员工的工作进行考核,并制定相关的绩效考核体系;
2、规划公司销售系统的整体运营、业务方向,领导团队建设;负责经销商的洽谈、考核和指定规则。
3、建立、健全各项规章制度,推动公司销售系统管理的规范化、科学化和不断进步;
4、负责重大营销合同的谈判与签订。
5、依据公司整体销售目标,提交销售计划方案,监督实施销售全过程,完成销售任务;
6、制定市场的经营前景规划和市场设计工作;
7、制定和贯彻企业的产品策略及政策;
8、培训市场营销人员,建设和管理高素质的营销团队,指导其完成公司计划、市场营销
任职要求:
1、润滑油行业三年以上工作经验,2年以上管理经验。
2、对市场的消费动态具有敏锐的洞察力,分析力,优秀的项目组织能力和市场开拓能力,具备严谨的策划组织能力及人事管理和沟 通能力、商务谈判能力;
3、具有优秀的销售管理和人员管理能力;
4、有很强的分析和解决问题的能力,善于预防和处理突发事件;
5、可独立完成大中型招商沙龙等会议

Job requirements:
1, lubricating oil industry more than three years working experience, 2 years experience in management.
2, the dynamic consumer market has the keen insight, analytical ability, good ability of project organization and market development capacity, with the rigorous planning ability of organization and personnel management and channel capacity, business negotiation ability;
3, have excellent sales management and people management skills;
4, have very strong analysis and problem solving skills, good prevention and emergency handling.
5, can be independently of large and medium-sized merchants salon, etc
