Role and Responsibilities工作职责

· Responsible for all Projects and activities of the total field in EHS.

· Manage any EHS issues that may arise and lead to achieve yearly goals such as recordable accidents, EHS scorecard, etc.

· Develop and update EHS programs and procedures for Projects and Field Services, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.

· Coordinate internal and external EHS inspections and audits. Implement and track correction action plans.

· Coordinate and provide training for new employee and related Dept in plant.

· Responsible for maintaining the ISO14001 system.

· Manage environmental impacts of operations.

· Ensure compliance with the relevant National EHS Legislation and Corporate policy.

· Liaise & co-ordinate any Regulatory, Governmental or Corporate site visits and corrective actions.

Requirements and/or Advantages任职要求

· Over 5 years management experience, at least 3 years experience in the same position.

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or related EHS field.

· Fluent in English written and oral.

· Proficient knowledge of China EHS legislation, metal materials, waste water/air, chemicals, occupational disease, plating environment requirements, etc.

· Practical professional in EHS and experience with ISO – OHSAS/ISO9001/ISO14001 systems.

· Strong interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication skills and problem solving skills.
