Requirements:
? College graduated and major in Engineering or Engineering related field.
? Minimum 10 years working or inspection experience,and at least 5years Department Management level position or comparable.
? Posses strong English speaking, reading and writing skills.
? Experience in QMS system and know well in Error & Mistake Proofing (Poka Yoke), can setting up and monitoring the product manufactured with QC are required.
? Good presentation and training skill
? Must posses creative and proactive thinking and have a strong ability in properly identifying and solving problems for a successful outcome

Job description and responsibilities:
1.Reports directly to the Factory Director.
汇报对象为：总经理
2.Responsible and accountable for quality controlling our products.Based on the company long/medium term strategy to regularly update the plant quality goal and policy if appropriate.
负责管理公司的产品质量控制。根据公司的长/中期经营方针制定合适的质量目标和质量管理办法。
3.Be responsible for the effective implementation of product realization process control, setup the quality control plan for product family to monitor critical elements such as: employee qualification, process parameter, jig &equipment maintenance and so on, to ensure that findings are timely closed and the process are under effective control.
负责实施产品制作过程的有效控制,建立质量控制计划监控产品关键部分如:员工资格、过程参数、夹具及设备维护等,以确保问题能及时更正和过程能有效控制。
4.Be responsible for effective execution of functional inspection of semi- finished/finished products, coordinate with related production teams to maintain the QC sheet and high FQC finding timely closing rate.
负责有效的执实施半完成/成品的功能检查,协助相关生产团队能按质量要求生产和提高最终产品质量问题及时更正率。
5.Manage the raw material/outsourcing quality assurance and cooperate with relevant teams to setup standardized procedures and agreement, such as component quality criteria/acceptable level and complaint handle process.
负责管理原材料/委外加工材料的质量和配合相关团队设建立标准化程序和协议,如组件质量标准/可接受的水平和投诉处理流程。

6.Be responsible for effective operation of plant quality management system, if necessary, hold regular internal audits, management review and annual third party audit, and update existing quality management system procedures if appropriate and offer related procedure training to concerned staff
负责工厂的有效运行质量管理体系,若有需要的话要定期开展内部审核,管理评审和年度第三方审计，适当地更新现有的质量管理体系程序,并对员工提供相关程序培训。
7.Work closely with our factory Engineering manager and the Engineering director in CHC to improve the quality controlling ,and in charge of the document the quality controlling effective implementation throughout plant, to ensure all documents are validated prior to issue, and be available at points of use.
与工程经理及美国工程总监共同合作提高质量控制情况，负责把相关的质量要求文件有效地在各岗位实施，同时保证所有文件公布前已经进行审核，并且落实使用。
8.Reports regularly to the factory director, train and monitor each QC inspector in proper inspecting techniques and company standards.
定期向部门经理汇报工作情况；同时须培训并监督每位质检员熟悉质检技能及公司要求。
