工作职责与权限：Responsibilities & Authorities
1.及时安排好打样。要按客户的要求，书面详细列出打样单
2.跟踪处理订单的进度,协助新面料的寻找及开发。熟悉订单全过程，监控、协调订单流向，确保准时并保质保量完成交付。（包括核价等）
3.生产过程中，如有意外情况不能满足客户的要求时，一定要及时将情况反映到公司最高层，找到解决的办法
4.完成业务经理交代的其他任务

岗位要求：Qualification requirements:
1. 大专以上学历，英语四级以上，口语流利
2. 有3-5年以上手袋、箱包、鞋帽跟单经验，熟悉手袋样版与大货流程。
3. 熟悉使用办公类软件和ERP软件的操作
沟通能力强，能够轻松自如地与各类人群交往

Responsibilities

· Handle new sample development

· Follow up orders and monitor production status till delivery

· Monitor the delivery and quality of the samples and bulk production

· Manage daily communications with overseas clients & suppliers

· Filing and maintenance of material swatches the library build up

· Ordering and approval of price tickets and labelling

· Test Report checking and documenting

· Organize and manage the filing systems for costing, shipping documents, WIP, inspection report, test report and etc.

· Daily communications with customers and suppliers to update progress of production and projects

Requirements:

· Able to work independently and good team player

· Good command of English

· Good communication skills

· Hardworking and responsible

· Willing to learn and work under pressure

· Working experience in Bags items, accessories or Garment is an advantage

Immediate available is an advantage
