Major Responsibility
1. To execute and implement company underwriting policy
2. Collect and analyze underwriting information, prepare quotation draft and other relevant documents, execute and implement company underwriting policy.
3.To build up and maintain a healthy portfolio in line with the company underwriting policy and objective
4. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries as required.
5. To develop new business and to maintain the existing business
6. To coach junior underwriter if required
7. Assist senior underwriting manager to conduct market analysis, and develop new products accordingly.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferable in Insurance / International Trading / Law / Shipping / Logistics / Transportation
2. At least 3 years experiences in marine underwriting
3. Expertise in underwriting technical area and strong knowledge on products and strong sense of risk management.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good English and Mandarin speaking, writing & reading ability
6. Familiar with computer software applications
7. Details orientated without losing focus on whole pictures
8. Takes initiatives with a “can do” attitude, willing to work under pressure

3. 处理相关险种的核保例行事务
4. 巩固现有业务，并开拓新业务
5. 指导初级核保人员进行日常业务的审核
6. 协助资深核保经理进行市场分析，并针对性的开发新产品


职位要求
1. 大学本科及以上学历, 优先考虑保险、国际贸易、法律、航运、物流管理、运输等相关专业
2. 3年以上水险核保工作经验
3. 良好的沟通和待人接物技巧
4. 普通话，以及熟练的英语听、说、写的能力
5. 熟悉计算机软件操作
6. 目标明确，注重细节
7. 能在压力下积极主动工作

安联财产保险（中国）有限公司(Allianz China General Insurance Company Ltd. ) 是由德国安联保险公司单独出资，在中国注册成立，总部设于广州的外商独资法人保险公司；其前身为安联保险公司广州公司，是安联保险集团在中国设立的首家经营财产保险的分公司，于2003年成立。

2018年7月，京东等股东增资安联财险的方案获得了中国银保监会的批准，由8.05亿元增加至16.10亿元，新增注册资本均由新股东出资。同年10月，公司名称获批变更为“京东安联财产保险有限公司”。目前关于公司注册资本变更及名称变更的工商登记仍在进行中。
